In the DBOT type of contracts, Adroit provides a complete end to end solution to the contracting authority for integrated water supply projects which includes feasibility studies, door-to-door survey for demand verification, detailed design including topographical survey, designing DMA network models followed by construction of all key components of the project including river ponding barrage structure, intakewells, water treatment plants, pipelines, elevated service reservoirs, distribution network with house service connections and metering with AMR compatibility.
The whole process is followed by commissioning of the project and includes operation, maintenance, demand management, network operations, network management, leak detection, leak repair, connections management, all commercial services including meter reading, billing, distribution of bills, customer services including recording and redressing customer complaints, including all administrative tasks for a period of 10 years before transferring the facility to the client/municipal body.
