Committee comprising of members involved in operations and project management. This committee ensures systematic implementation of systems and processes and ensures effective functioning of projects division and its functions.
Human Resource Management Committee
Committee comprising of members from management and HR. This committee looks after review of performance management system and all disciplinary matters are referred to HRMC for review.
Accounts & Finance Committee
Committee comprising of members from management and representatives from Accounts and Finance. This committee reviews the adherance to the accounting standards and ensures proper financial planning for the organization.
Strategic Planning Committee
