Rajendra Purandare

Mr. Rajendra Purandare is the Managing Director, Adroit Water Projects (P) Ltd. and leading the business since its inception. He holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur. He has over 33 years of experience in the business of water infrastructure. As the leader of our organization, he liaises with various departments of government and looks after project implementation along with quality of work and ensures timely completion of projects undertaken by us.

Vandana Purandare

Mrs. Vandana Purandare is a Director in Adroit Water Projects (P) Ltd. She holds a commerce degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya , Indore. She has over 28 years of experience in this business. She looks after accounts, HR and office administration and acts as a coordinator between the execution and administrative teams.

Jay Purandare

Mr. Jay Purandare is a Director in Adroit Water Projects (P) Ltd. He is a Civil Engineer has done his post-graduation in management from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He started his career as an Assistant Manager (Project Planning and Contracts) with IL&FS, Gurgaon.

He joined Adroit in 2012 and looks after various processes in the business including tendering, bidding and planning of the projects and manages necessary compliances and coordination with various material vendors and suppliers and also takes care of some key functions such as business development and talent acquisition.
